DecisionsAI is a desktop AI assistant developed by Tensology (Pty) Ltd. DecisionsAI is designed to run locally on your computer by default. This policy explains what information is processed through the website, desktop application, connected services, and relay features.

If you connect Google, Gmail, Telegram, WhatsApp, Trello, Jira, IRC, or shared chat rooms, DecisionsAI may process messages, media, metadata, OAuth tokens, board data, and ticket context so the desktop app can compose tickets, route workflows, and report results.

4. Media, Voice Notes, And Files

Tickets may include message text, images, PDFs, documents, audio, video, and voice-note transcriptions where enabled. Attachments and transcriptions may be used as ticket evidence, workflow context, and validation material.

5. Cloud Model Providers

When you configure cloud providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs, AssemblyAI, OpenRouter, Groq, Kilo, or similar providers, relevant prompts, files, audio, images, or workflow context may be sent to those providers under their own privacy policies.

6. Relay Services

Telegram, WhatsApp, remote-control, IRC, and shared-room features may relay data through decisionsai.net to connect your phone, chat account, browser, or desktop app. Relay data is used to deliver the requested feature and should not be treated as a public publishing channel.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw marketing consent and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
