1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DecisionsAI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the software or related services.
2. License
DecisionsAI is provided under the Tensology License. You may use the software for personal and commercial purposes subject to the license terms included with the repository and application.
3. The Software
DecisionsAI is a desktop AI assistant that can process voice commands, text input, screenshots, files, connected account data, ticket boards, workflows, remote-control sessions, CLI execution, and IDE execution depending on your configuration.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it.
- You are responsible for securing your own API keys, OAuth credentials, connected accounts, devices, and project folders.
- You are responsible for reviewing outbound messages, file changes, command execution, workflow decisions, and automated actions.
- You must not use DecisionsAI for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
DecisionsAI integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Telegram, WhatsApp, ElevenLabs, AssemblyAI, OpenRouter, Groq, Kilo, Trello, Jira, IRC/shared room infrastructure, CLI tools, and IDE adapters. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
6. AI Output And Automation
AI-generated responses, workflow decisions, ticket summaries, validation reports, CLI output, IDE output, and suggested actions may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for supervision and final approval where appropriate.
7. Disclaimer Of Warranties
DecisionsAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation.
8. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tensology (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DecisionsAI, including data loss, system damage, missed communications, or actions performed by the AI agent.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa.
